Trades: yes, but they take time. 
Commissions: yes (mail for price list, shipping info and payment info) 
Prints: can be made of any image provided I still have the original or a high quality save
Requests: If it interests me, but rarely
Listens: ….huh?

My rules used to be more loose, but they were misused. I will never return to the old rules again. Ever.
About the trades: I may do your part first, but if you never do your part of the trade, I take the image down, remake the original into another char (recycle woo) or possibly burn the original. Don’t piss me off.
