Note from the author:

WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE was the first major piece of writing I have to my name.
I have recently begun rewriting it, starting with the first part, which you
see in this directory. So what you're seeing is the product of my most recent
labours. This version has been improved from the original in the effect that 
the style of the writing has improved tenfold and that I've begun to spice it 
up.

Also, I would like to apologize if the actual file comes out all screwy. It's
such a pain in the rear to transfer from Wordpad to Notepad.

This is only the first part of the story. I plan on rewriting the second half
and totally compiling a third part.
