Slaxx felt elated. On one hand, his brother had become the youngest ever known Nest Leader. On the other, Maryssa was pregnant. There was quite a bit to celebrate! There would be a formal party to celebrate Rees' election, of course, but a smaller do for his and Maryssa's good news was to be arranged. Life is good.
