HereÕs some stuff I get asked pretty often, all laid out here in a cute little .txt document. So you donÕt have to ask me anymore.

Q: WhatÕs your real name?
A: Not tellinÕ. Maybe you can find out if you commission me.

Q: How old are you?
A: Probably younger than you. ThatÕs all IÕll say.

Q: Do you have a picture of yourself?
A: Yeah, but you canÕt see it. 

Q: What donÕt you draw?
A: Sex of any sort, so donÕt ask for it. I donÕt draw hermtaur-type things either.  Gore and violence (not sexual) are fine though. I love gore. I do have a bit of a problem with machinery (aww), architecture, and trees... but itÕs not like IÕm averse to drawing these. 

Q: How long have you been drawing?
A: Drawing since I could hold a crayon, drawing to improve since about 1999 or 2000.

Q: What media and paper do you use?
A: Regular olÕ pencils, 2B through 9B; Pigma Microns (sizes 005 to 08) and Faber Castell PITT pens (size ÒsÓ);  Uniball and Pilot pens, Speedball dip pens and Higgins ink, Prismacolor and Roseart coloured pencils; Derwent watercolour pencils; Canson and Strathmore sketch paper, Xerox paper, random paper I take from a school art room, Strathmore vellum and smooth finish bristol, Canson Mi-Teintes paper... uh... thatÕs all I can remember right now. I also use regular ballpoints and lined paper, but those donÕt count.

Q: Is avelacuna the name of your main fursona?
A: No. ÒAvelacunaÓ is the combination of two now-defunct charactersÕ names, used by myself as a handle for just about everything. ItÕs Latin and basically translates to Òhail the deficiencyÓ (LAME!). I am also the original avelacuna online and the name is of MY creation (as far as I know).  Verveine is my fursona. My older character ÒAveÓ is NOT an earlier form of Verveine, nor is her full name avelacuna, even though ÒaveÓ is short for avelacuna. Confusing, huh?

Q: Do you roleplay anywhere?
A: Nope. Any avelacunas you may see on any game except Kingdom of Loathing are NOT me. I am completely lost on role play games. They seriously confuse the hell out of me.

Q: Do you have a Myspace/Livejournal/whatever?
A:  I HATE these sites, so no, I don't. I don't want to divulge every aspect of my life to the world as some of these people seem to do.

Q: Do you have any other galleries?
A: Yup, I can now be found at http://avelacuna.deviant.com as well as here, but this remains my primary gallery. These are my only two galleries.

Q: How long does your commission process usually take?
A: From my receiving payment to your receiving the item, usually between two weeks and two months depending on size and sometimes subject.

Q: How is your lineart so smooth?
A: Unfortunately, all I can say is keep a steady hand and follow the sketch lines!! Which is kind of funny, as this advice comes from a rabid caffeine addict.
