I don´t know if you view the movie ``Cold mountain´´ by Anthony Minguella who this year won the oscar to best actress in supourting role (Rennee Zellwegger).I don´t view it yet,but I know the plot.A soldier in the war was damaged and he returns to his home with his future wife and the maidservant,roles played by Jude Law,Nicole Kidman and Rennee Zellwegger respectively.So,without knew the whole story I made up my own version of ``Cold mountain´´ delveloped in Kenia,Africa,with a couple of Oryx as the carachters of Jude Law and Nicole Kidman and a porcupine as the carachter of Rennee Zellwegger.That´s because I called it ``Hot prairie´´ because in Kenia there´s any cold.

Carachters:

	-Jules,Male Oryx,soldier in the war.

Nicole and Jules stood up very quickly and went inside the house,with Beth.On the table were their clothes and three bags.Looks like while they were making the love,Beth was preparing the things to left the house.Therewere other two shotguns.
-Let´s dress up dears.-said Beth.-I´ll go out to cover the main door.
They started to dress up,very quickly.Jules thought something that made him tremble.``Well,if we die we almost die after being loved each other´´.Nicole surely was thinking in something like that,but she seemed very calm,very…very cold.She was not the same girl who tremble and shaked her body under his genital power a seconds ago.She was a frightened woman.Jules throw a ball of contained air.
-Are you ok?-said Nicole.
-Halfly.-said Jules.-I still nervous.
-Hear,they´re here but I don´t let them to catch you,even if I got to scarify myself.
Jules couldn´t response Nicole because a bullet cross the air between them breaking the glass window pouring shattered glasses all over the room.The sound of a shoot made them jump,the sound of Beth shotgun.She entered the room walking backwards.
-I killed one.-she said.-Go out throught the back door.
When they left the house,running into the forest situated behind the wood structure,Nicole´s home began to burn.The orange flames light up the night with a dramatic intensity.Nicole looked over her shoulder and saw her house,burning.That bastards of the colonial army…She aims to the house and shoot.
-Nicole!Come on!-said Beth.
Nicole heard a scream.Great.One less.She turned to Beth and Jules and ran before them,leaving her house,her memories…Her live.

The forest of strange trees was dark,wet and cold,like the interior af a whale.The pale light of the moon was the last light in the whole forest and it almost illuminate nothing.Nicole,Jules and Beth,were running carefully,hitting in their faces,arms and legs with the branches of the trees.They were running throught the forest during two minutes,until Beth said.
-Stop!Stop!Take it easy!Stop!-said Beth.
They stopped.All the forest in deep silence,cold,wet,very creepy…Very sad.Jules never felt that sensation of pasing from the most hopefully and warm happiness to the painfull and cold sadness.``Why?´´Ha asked once again.``Why us?´´
-Heard something?-said Beth.-I´m like a hearing impared.I heard nothing.
-They maybe stop following us.-said Nicole.
-No.-said Jules.-They are like robots,they´ve never stop in the chase of somebody.
-…I don´t understand it.-said Nicole.-Why did they…?
She couldn´t.She couldn´t finish that sentence.Jules didn´t saw it.Beth didnñt saw it.Nicole´s chest explode between her breasts,in a bermellion stream of blood.Then the sound of the shoot.Then Nicole collapsed over her knees.Jules was so shocked up that he said nothing,the only caught Nicole before she finally fell into the ground.She was warm,minutes later,but now she was cold.Before die,Nicole looked into Jules´s eyes with the last forces she get,and thought…``You…You must been dead first´´.Then,everything turns black while the sound of her lungs collapsing rumbled in her ears.
Jules closed Nicole´s eyes.She´s dead.A bullet killed her.Beth kneeled near Jules,still holding the shotgun.The rage became higher in their hearts.She´s dead.There´s only one thing to do.
-Beth,give me the ammo,all you have.Run away from here.-sadi Jules.-They´re looking for me,not for you.If you survive,write this in the press.Write something to remember this event.
-Jules…-said Beth.
-Beth,really…Go away!Now!-said Jules.
He will die with Nicole.Now,actually,there is nothing in the world to made him still alive,but there´s something in the world of death that made him act that way.Beth gave him all the bullets and another shotgun,and ran away from there,leaving Jules and Nicole alone,crying out like a children.
Jules took the shotgun and aims to the darkness.Nothing.Even a bit of mist,but nothing more.Then voices.Military voices,like a general commanding some stupid requests.A bullet.It passed buzzing near his left horn.The the explosion of the shoot.He aims again and shoot.A cloud of gun powder covered his eyes.He heard a scream.He hitted something somewhere.Another bullet.This one hitted him en his belly.It didn´t hurt,it felt like a really hard punch of a professional boxer.He nodded for a moment and shoot again.The bullet hitted on a tree with a ``peeng!´´ sound.Jules took the other shotgun but a second enemy shoot hitted him in the right shoulder.A red geiser splashed en his black long hair staining his left cheek.He felt weak,sick…deeply unhappy.With the right arma,the not hurted,he reached the shotgun,aimed,and shoot.The bullet hitted in the ground.Another shoot,this one hitted him in the right knee.His leg flexed suddenly and collapsed onto his stomach.A river of blood escaped from the shoot damage done by the first shoot.This was not so bad.It was like get sleep.He heard something unsatisfying.Steps of military boots,just near his face.And a cold round weapon canyon scratching him in the head.
-Hey!Here is our traitor…And looks like you aim pretty good…You explodes that´s bitch tits!
They laugh.Well,it´s the same.He´s going to die right now.And they still alive,being stupid and lonely.
-Lasts words you,son of a bitch?-said one soldier to Jules.
-I excuse you,pittyfull and unpersonal robots.-he said.
He never heard the shoot who blow out his head and brain.He only knew that he will be with Nicole forever.Not alive,but something is something.

Beth waited outside the office of the chief redactor of The Kenya newspaper.She worte a short article about Jules and Nicole with bad calligraphy and in a nervous state.An article about the relation ship and the murder of both,and she´s trying to get it published.The chief redactor came out the office saying.
-Ok,we will publish it.
Beth stood up,almost hugging the redactor.She had a bitter-sweet feeling inside her.
-Oh,thank you so much!-she said.-Really,this is very important for me.
-I…I only want to ask you something.-said the redactor.-Did you knew them?I mean…Jules and Nicole.
Beth kept silence for a momento and then,lloking to the eyes of the redactor,she said.
-Yes…Of course I knew them.A couple of lovers.Separatted by this ficticious and unfairly war.Miles and miles far from each other.Murdered by the army of their own country,only because they couldn´t live alone…separated.A couple like me and my husband.Like my mother and my father.They are so many all over the world.And we are losing them for politic and religious reasons…You are doing the best thing of your career publishing this article.
She fell in the chair with the eyes full of tears.The redactor gave her to little slaps in her shoulder and left.Beth started vrying,remember that in the war,in a country in war,the victims are not only the dead.
