I created this LEGALLY BINDING document to detail exactly which copyright rights I am waiving. I've broken down the document according to the seven basic rights that the U.S. copyright code covers. Before I start, let me state that all content on this webpage is copyrighted to either me (Kataria Longseeker, AKA Caedere Trucidare), Asterisk Loftis, or any other individuals mentioned, and that this is NOT a breakdown of common copyright law. This is only a listing of the rights that I am waiving. It does not apply to other artists (including Asterisk), and this is not legal consultation. Here we go *deep breath*:

1) Reproductive rights: You may reproduce my artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY! That means you can save it to your drive, print it out, trace it, whatever, as long as you don't violate any of my other copyright rights. Keep reading, you're not done yet. 

2) Distribution rights: You may not distribute my artwork without my prior permission. So while you can print it out, you can't give it away. 

3) Adaptive rights: You MAY alter personal copies of my artwork, as long as you credit me as the original artist. Technically, the altered picture is NOT yours, and is still copyrighted to me. The other rights listed here still apply. 

4) Performance rights: I retain all performance rights. 

5) Display rights: You may not display ANY of my artwork (whether originals, derivatives, or reproductions) without my express written permission. As of now, I say NO. 

6) Integrity rights: I retain all integrity rights. 

7) Attribution rights: I retain all attribution rights. You must credit all of my artwork to ME and cannot attach my name to art that I did not create. 

*catches breath* Now, if you study this document you will find that I give you (the visitor) more rights than most other artists. Why? *shrugs* I really don't now. However, do NOT doubt that I will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law if I catch violating you ANY of these rights *snarls*. On top of that, I'll 
have you for breakfast. Literally.
