Stars

The stars Shine brightly,

as the moon sheds its light on the earth.

A young dragon sleeps,

awaiting the dawn of a new day.

Her scales shimmer brightly,

as the stars' light shine upon her.

She dreams away the night

waiting for her beloved,

For he shall protect her

from all the shadows of the night.

Her dark knight, her one and only,

Her one true love, the only one.

Sleep well young dragon,

for your knight will someday come.

May it be in the next day,

or in the next year.

He will one day come,

And save you from all sorrow.

May the stars shine their eternal light upon your soul.
