Pseudo Life 3 by Schitz Wolfie
Katie rapped her fingers in rough, splishing taps at the desk, her frustration over the morning’s events still making her scowl a little. From what she understood, being a parent was never an easy job, but Shimmer was going to be the death of her at this rate. Sighing, she flipped open her laptop computer and spread her hands down over the keyboard, her fingers melting as her palms rippled and flowed over the entire pad, indenting pressure against the keys as the words leapt up onto the screen almost instantly.
> “Childproofing” has got to be the most useless word in the human’s language.
Shimmer, her daughter, had wandered into the lunchroom earlier and saw one of the human workers making a pot of coffee. Seeing the liquid trickle down through the machine made her curious… and…
A java-infused three year old - recycling herself over and over through the Mr. Coffee machine drip… Katie sighed. It had taken most of the afternoon to get Shimmer to stop bouncing off the walls, literally, but she was down for her nap now.
Shimmer wasn’t really three; actually, she was a little over a month old. She had just been born a lot more mature, and considering she was only carried for a week… really not that strange if you think about it. But, being thrust into parenthood this abruptly was more than a bit taxing on Katie, particularly since Katie herself had only been conscious for six months. With all her memories… and the other memories now swimming in her head, she felt eons older than she really was.
Trying to calm herself down, Katie opened the memory folder and looked over the last few entries of her past. Smiling a little, she looked up the file of her first meeting with Sheen, Shimmer’s other parent… and the being that Katie called her mate.

Smiling warmly, her lower body quivering as a liquid sheet that tightly wrapped around Patricia’s warm and spread legs, Katie stroked her rubbery fingers down her friend’s shoulders. Giggling softly as she squirmed over Pat’s skin, she leaned down from her half melted torso and slowly began licking warmly at Pat’s sharply perked nipples. Patricia moaned as she felt herself starting to moisten against Katie’s sloshing advances on her clit, digging her fingers into Katie’s gel sides as she arched her back against the couch.
Katie’s feeding had become very welcome over the weeks. Patricia grinned as Katie slowly began spreading her warm, wet tendrils inside… each time was a little different, but always very satisfying. As long as Katie fed on a regular basis and didn’t expend too much energy by shape-shifting often, she could keep herself in control and not have the silver hunger take over… not to mention the fact that if Katie could keep control, Patricia could actually move her hips the next day. That first feeding left her pretty much immobilized for a while.
Moaning as her nails sunk into Katie’s back, Patricia rocked her hips with bliss; Katie’s gel parting smoothly as she suckled back against Pat’s fingertips. Her vaginal walls already loosened and dripping against Katie’s swirling intrusion, Patricia’s heart beat faster as she whispered up into Katie’s ear. “Hope you’re hungry, honey… I’ve got a full course meal here waiting for you…”
“Absolutely starved, dear…” Katie smiled as she leaned forward, licking at Patricia’s lips, grinning as she watched her nip at her lower lip. “… and the thought of you filling my empty belly up makes me even hungrier!” Her snaking tendrils slithered deeper down into Patricia’s cunt, dragging in a hard pressing roll back across her walls as she purred.
All was wonderful in both of their worlds… until a sharp knock broke the rhythms of Patricia’s breathing. Four knocks, actually… from someone tapping at the apartment door.
Freezing in place for a second, Patricia looked nervously at the door. “Shh… don’t say anything, and they’ll just go away.”
Katie nodded, but her face began wincing a little. There was an odd ringing pitch in the air that was making her ears curl. They both remained relatively motionless for a painfully long moment, the ringing in Katie’s ears getting louder… actually hurting a little, before four more knocks sounded out from the door.
“C’mon… go away already” Patricia whispered as she looked from the door up at Katie, noticing the pained look on her face. “Are… you ok, Katie?”
Shaking her head as her liquid rippled, Katie slinked out of Patricia and curled up on the couch with her knees pressed close to her chest. “No… something… wrong.” Wincing as she clamped her hands over her ears, Katie shivered as she glared at the door. “That buzzing… hurts to think…”
Patricia gave Katie a very worried look as she reached down for her robe on the floor. “I don’t hear anything… but just in case, let me go check the door… can you shift and hide?”
Katie shook her head, tears forming at her eyes as she cringed in pain. “Make it… stop!!!”
*
Outside the door, a young woman tapped her boot impatiently beneath the folds of her trench-coat, her gloved hand rapping briskly at the door again. Glancing around nervously, she glared down the hallway through her thick sunglasses. Muffled voices were coming from behind the door, but she really didn’t care about them or what they were saying… she knew it was in there. She could sense it sort of responding, but something wasn’t right… it should have crawled back by now. Her brow curled as she scowled, the over-painted makeup on her face smudging a little from the movement, as she glared back at the door and knocked again, sending out another order for it to return.
*
Katie slid down the wall as she cowered off to the side of the room, her body shaking as she pressed tightly against her ears to make the ringing noise stop, which wasn’t helping at all. The ringing seemed to be pouring right through her body.
The robe barely tied in the front, Pat snuck a quick look out the peephole on the door. Obviously, someone was there, though it was hard to make out; all Pat could see was the glare of a shine from sunglasses and a long coat. It was a girl, but the actual features seemed… sort of wrong somehow, almost fake.
“I don’t recognize her from the lab.” Patricia whispered to Katie as she looked back at her curled up, shaking, blue form. “Please, Katie, just hide in the bedroom or something?”
Katie just winced as her palms trembled against her ears… the damn ringing was digging in her thoughts so much that she couldn’t even puddle, much less shape shift.
“Ok… just stay quiet.”
*
Growling slightly, she rapped on the door again. “What is taking so long? Whatever you’re being held in, break out of it and get back here! I can’t stand here all day looking like this…” her mental commands seemed to be having no effect whatsoever, but she could feel some kind of reaction. It just didn’t feel right for some reason; as if there was some resistance.
*
Turning to the door, Pat swallowed, clearing her dry throat and weakly answered the knocking, “H… Hello?”
Blinking a little in surprise, the figure halted her knocking. “uhhhrr… hhhello.”
“I’m sorry; I think you have the wrong apartment?”
“No… I don’t. Look, I just need to come in to use your phone…”
Turning back to Katie, Pat shuddered. Everything was just wrong about this conversation, and she didn’t like the feel of it, or the look of Katie. “I’m sorry, but no… look, I don’t know who you are, and someone is sick in here…”
“I just need to use your phone… please, um, my car broke down…” The girl wasn’t stammering, but she seemed to be lost for words. Something else seemed wrong as well. Patricia had been watching her through the peep hole, and as she spoke, her face seemed even more fake… a mask maybe?
“Look, I’m sorry, but I can’t open the door… just try another apartment? I’m sure someone else might have a phone you could use…”
“Enough of this… No, it has to be yours, you have something of mine in there.”
Patricia’s eyes widened in horror as the girl started shrinking down… a silver puddle seeping out beneath the ridge of her trench coat, and her facial features melting like paint.
“SHIT! KATIE!!!” Pat yelled as she fell back away from the door, kicking as she scrambled to her feet and bolted toward Katie. A pool of silver liquid rippling as it slithered through the crack beneath the door.
The ringing had dulled in Katie’s ears the instant Pat had come screaming at her. It was still there, but not as intense. She could see the puddle sliding in across the carpet, but something was still in her head… whispers…
Tugging at Katie’s arm, Patricia struggled to her feet as she cried for Katie to respond somehow… but a quick glance at her eyes told Pat that Katie wasn’t home at the moment… her eyes had glazed silver and were locked onto this… thing… “Dammit, Katie!!! SNAP OUT OF IT!!! We have to get out of here!!!
The silver puddle had completely crept beneath the door. Whether the clothes it was concealing itself in were real or not didn’t really register as a question in Pat’s mind; not much was really registering aside from terror. The puddle started surging up, the edges wrapping out around and upward as a figure began to take shape; not the same way Katie would emerge, but Pat got the gist of what was happening. A silver creature with several tendrils… no, tails emerging out behind it. Definitely dog-like, but thinner. Its facial features melted out from the silver head as the thing looked at the two figures, a confused look across its face.
Panicking, Patricia bent down to try to lift Katie up and carry her away; exactly where she thought she was going to go didn’t really matter, as Katie’s dead weight brought her crashing back down to the ground beside Katie. Her body shaking as she cowered and started kicking away across the floor, scooting back from the creature that was nearly fully formed now… a naked female figure with several thick swishing tails behind her; canine features on her face, but not the Egyptian styling that Katie liked to have. This was much more like a natural animal, only sort of stretched to a human’s proportions.
“S…Stay away from us!!!”
The creature wasn’t paying any attention to Patricia… it was only watching Katie, quite intently.
And Katie… was completely mesmerized. The ringing had stopped completely, but there was a whispering in her head now; a strong whispering of someone’s voice asking hundreds of questions all at once. She couldn’t make out any of the questions due to the overwhelming number, but the voice itself… soft, female, and definitely familiar somehow…
The silver creature scratched at her hips as the puzzlement unfurled from her brow, and she walked toward Katie, standing barely a foot away from her. Patricia trembled and squeaked out in fear as she watched the thing bend down to easily lift Katie off the floor, and set her on her feet.
At the touch, the brief contact of the silver being, Katie’s mind jolted. All the questions went silent, all the whispers slipped away. She could still see through the silver pupils that remained in here eyes; but it wasn’t the aching, controlling hunger this time. She was in full control, just mesmerized by this being. “W…who?”
The silver creature spoke back, letting go of Katie as she stroked softly beneath her silver chin in curiosity. “I don’t have a name; but to make things easier, I am Sheen”
The voice; the same as the whispering voice in Katie’s head…
Seeing that Katie wasn’t frightened by this creature, or frozen in her tracks anymore, Patricia composed herself enough to stammer out “Wh… what do y y you want?”
Not able to take her eyes off Sheen, Katie softly asked “I… I know you somehow… don’t I?”
Sheen smiled a little, nodding as she lifted up her hands, not acknowledging that Patricia was even in the room, much less asking a question. “Touch my hands…”
Katie stared, her arms slowly lifting up unconsciously toward Sheen’s outstretched arms…
Watching as the silver being’s hands rippled in the air, a thought flashed through Patricia’s mind… a painful thought of panic… “KATIE!!! Don’t, please!!!! She wants to eat you!!!”
Smiling at Katie, Sheen spoke “Just touch my hands, and we’ll get this whole situation straightened out and understood…”
“KATIE, PLEASE!!!!
“No, Pat… I… I have to… I don’t know why, but I have to…” Katie reached up, and pressed her palm up against Sheen’s… and inhaled as her hands started rippling, and melting into the silver of Sheen’s fingers.
“That’s right, you know you can trust me… now, lets just talk for a minute to ourselves, mmm?” Smiling, Sheen stepped closer against Katie, shivering as their breasts stroked against each others, and melted between their bodies… veins of silver swirling into Katie’s blue skin as her aqua tones billowed into Sheen’s form… their arms curling into knotted ropes that spiraled into each other as they began losing themselves to the joining of their bodies…
Patricia sobbed as she watched her friend slip away… devoured into the silver beast. She cowered in the corner knowing that she was probably next...
Her mouth, and most of her features distorted into mere imaginations of what could actually be physically possible, Katie gasped at Sheen… her thoughts melting and merging with the silver goddess… ‘Ohhhhhh!!!! What is this?!?!? It’s like I’m being touched everywhere at once!!!!!’
‘We are… there is no I… no you, no me… just we. Now, listen carefully… we know how good this feels, but if we stay as this, we lose you and me… there will only be we. Things have not happened as they were supposed to have; there wasn’t supposed to be a you. so before we lose you to us…’
Sheen’s whispers rolled through Katie’s thoughts… as her mind opened completely, flooding out through them both in an instant. All of Katie’s memories, all she had been through, all she had become, and all of Sheen’s history merging and slipping together into one seamless trail of their past between them.
Katie could feel herself fading into a blissful unconsciousness… fading into Sheen as she was meant to… before being suddenly ripped awake as Sheen ripples and crawled out from the merging… leaving Katie in a trembling puddle on the floor… still happy from the magical touch, and her belly practically bursting from being fed through Sheen.
Smiling as she stretched, Sheen curled her tails behind her; the tips now fading into a soft aqua-blue color from the merging. The realization that they were not alone finally seemed to dawn on her as she turned and looked at Patricia… who was crying and shaking, all balled up and pressed back into the corner of the room.
Sobbing, Pat looked at the blue puddle… now with a definitive silver streak rolling through the liquid.
Purring as she slowly emerged from the depths of her blissful melt, Katie crawled out of her pool. Grinning as she slinked up against Sheen and curled through her soft tails… her own tail now ringed with silver tufts against her smooth blue skin.
Murring softly at Katie, Sheen giggled “It seems I scare Patricia just a little.”
“Mmmm…? OHMYGOD, PAT!!!” blinking up through her dazed eyes, she suddenly saw her friend cowering in the corner. “No, it’s ok!!! She isn’t going to hurt you, and I’m not hurt at all! I’m still me!!” Crawling across the floor, she hugged Pat tightly as she tried to calm her down.
Relaxing just a little at the sight of Katie’s eyes, back to their normal blue, Patrica squeaked softly “but… what… is?” Sobbing, she buried her face in Katie’s shoulder. “Katie, I don’t understand…”
Sheen smiled as she began to approach, but decided it might be easier on Patricia to have Katie explain it, and sat back down a good ten feet away, waving the tip of her tails at the two of them.
Giggling, Katie lifted Patricia’s chin to have her look at Sheen. “Pat, I want you to meet Sheen; although technically, you already have…”
Looking even more confused, Pat whimpered, “Wha?”
Smiling, Sheen replied “I think you know me as the Moontear, or a piece of me at least.”
Pat’s eyes got a funny glint to them as she tried to understand what they were saying…
Giggling, Katie hugged Patricia again “Pat, sweetie, you’ve really got to learn to relax or you’re gonna have a nervous breakdown. Not everyone on the planet wants to eat you!”
Smirking, Sheen added “Or from anywhere else, for that matter. I was struck a long time ago by a meteorite. That moontear, as you call it, was one of the last pieces of me; and it seems like you made someone out of it.”
Patricia’s eyes went just a little more out of focus. “You… were struck… as in… not on earth at… the time?”
“Yep!” Katie replied with a grin, “I’m part UFO!!!”
… which was replied to with a loud
THWUMP at Pat hit the floor in a dead faint.
